Although Invisalign® aligners are removable, you must wear them 22-23 hours daily to stay within your treatment projection. Resist the temptation to remove your aligners whenever you feel like it. Only take them out when cleaning your teeth.
Change your aligners when the time is due
Every week you must change your aligners to the next in the set unless otherwise directed. This pattern continues until you achieve the desired outcome per your projected treatment.
Practice good oral hygiene

Rinse your aligners in warm water, and clean them daily with a soft-bristled toothbrush and the cleaning crystals provided. When not using your aligners, store them in your travel case to protect them from damage and harmful bacteria.
